Profile:

Takeshi Yasutoko loves the feeling he gets while floating in the air – which is one of the things that drew him into vert inline skating.  The son of 3 rollerskaters, he began skating at age 3 and turned pro in 1995, at the age of 9, like his older brother, Eito Yasutoko.  He was the youngest competitor to skate in an X-Games competition, when he competed in the 1998 Summer X Games at the age of 11.  Takeshi is one of the most exciting skaters in vert events today and is ranked #2 in the world.  He likes to try anything that defies physics and his signature tricks are the inverted 1080 and big Viking flips.
