VENOM VERTICAL SESSIONS
Venom Vertical Sessions in Dallas, TX

The thrills will be fast, the skills amazing and the action high flying, and that’s even before FC Dallas kicks off its 7:30 p.m. match May 19 against the Philadelphia Union at FC Dallas Stadium. Fans attending the game will be in for a rare treat thanks to Venom Energy.

The Venom Vertical Sessions, an unforgettable aerial stunt show, will take place from 6:00-7:30 p.m. A custom half pipe will be erected on the north concourse as part of Lamar’s Tailgate, allowing some of the most familiar names in the action sports industry to perform amazing tricks on skateboards and BMX bikes. The athletes will also demonstrate their skills during halftime and post-game shows.

“The half pipe will be set up inside the stadium gates, allowing all ticket holders great views of these gifted athletes who are participating in the Venom Vertical Sessions,” said Dan Huff, marketing manager for Venom Energy. “This was a unique opportunity for Venom Energy to partner with world-class athletes to provide one of the most edgy, compelling and progressive game-day entertainment programs ever attempted by a major U.S. sports team.”

Headlining the Venom Vertical Sessions are several of the sports most heralded competitors. Confirmed to appear are X Games BMX gold-medalist Zack Warden; 18-time X Games BMX veteran Jimmy Walker; four-time X Games BMX silver medalist, Koji Kraft; four-time X Games participant and one of the most consistent skaters on tour, Anthony Furlong; and a skater who’s finished as runner-up in Australia this year and Rome last year, Josh Stafford.

RaceTrac will also be supporting the Venom Vertical Sessions with a special Venom Energy offer leading up to the event on May 19. Consumers can go to any Dallas-area RaceTrac where you can buy two Venom Energy drinks for just $3.

“Venom Energy Drink is all about owning the moment and these athletes personify that spirit on a daily basis,” said Gabby Roe, president and event producer of ASA Entertainment. “It’s going to be a great night of soccer action and aerial acrobatics, and it wouldn’t be possible without Venom and our friends at FC Dallas Stadium.”
